What payment options do I have?
Currently, we offer the following payment methods:

Do I need to register as a customer to place an order?
No, we have a guest checkout. At Gillgrens, you can choose whether to shop with or without registration. Just enter your information in the fields in the shopping cart and submit your order.

How do I return an item/order?
If you have a complaint, please contact our customer service at +46 (0)31 7034444. You can return unopened packages/items within the first two weeks after receipt for justified reasons. You are responsible for the return shipping. Here is the return form.
Used items, cut materials, special prints, foil, and items specially acquired for the customer are non-returnable.
You choose your own shipping service provider (such as Postnord, DHL, Schenker, UPS) and return the goods to our partner/warehouse:

Damaged Goods

Pickup of damaged goods should be free of charge.

My order is incomplete. What should I do now?
Contact us as soon as possible. Our customer service contact information is at the top of the invoice or on our website. Re-delivery is, of course, free of charge.

Order Status

What is the status of my order?
As a registered customer, you can find the status of your order in your customer account under "My Orders" and also via email. As a non-registered customer, you will receive a delivery confirmation via email. For a quick and accurate inquiry about your order status, please contact us. Customer service contact information is available on our website.

Redeeming a Discount Code

How do I redeem a discount code?
Your discount code can be redeemed in your shopping cart during the payment process. To do this, enter the code in the appropriate "Discount Code" field and confirm your input with the "Redeem Discount" button. If the input was correct, the reduction of the total amount will be deducted in your shopping cart.
Only one discount code can be redeemed per order. The system takes into account all necessary referenced information about the voucher and its validity, such as minimum order quantity and/or other related exceptions.
When entering coupon codes in the discount code box, please note that if there are too many spaces included, the discount code will not work, so check your code before clicking the Redeem button.
You can also enter a discount code if you choose to place your order by phone.

Shipping

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time mainly depends on the delivery location. Delivery time for parcel goods is 3-7 working days and usually 10-14 days for goods shipped on a pallet. Contact our customer service for exact delivery status. Here you will find the customer contact details.

Where are my items?
You will receive a confirmation via email when the product is ready to be shipped. Contact our customer service for information on your exact delivery status. Contact us for this purpose. The contact details are at the top.

General

How do I get a printed catalog?
We will send you our decor catalog free of charge. To do this, email order@gillgrens.se and provide your name & address and specify which catalog you desire. The selection of catalogs is available on the "Catalog" page.
A PDF catalog is available for download on our site under the "Catalog" tab.

I can't find a product in Gillgrens decor shop. Can I still get it?
Some items that you no longer find in our online shop can sometimes be ordered individually. Contact us with specific requests. We have a fixed standard range, but some of the trendy items may be discontinued after a while and will no longer be offered. However, in some exceptional cases, we can reorder items or offer replacements.

How do I find an item in Gillgrens decor shop?
Enter your search term or item number in the search field at the top of the decor shop. Each item is labeled with a specific product name and an item number. To find a specific item, simply enter a search term, product name, and/or item number in the search box. Or you can contact us. Our customer service is happy to assist you in your search.

How do I get the newsletter?
On the homepage, you can subscribe to our newsletter. If needed, click on the Gillgrens logo and scroll down until you see the specified input window. When ordering as a customer, you also have the option to check a box (newsletter sign-up) at the checkout. Otherwise, you can register your account for the newsletter. Stay informed about our news and promotions. It's worth it. Guaranteed.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
In each of our newsletters, you will find a link to unsubscribe at the bottom. Unsubscription is possible at any time, but it may take up to 24 hours to process the change. Another way is to cancel the subscription in your account under the newsletter section. By calling us, our customer service can also help you unsubscribe from the newsletter.

How do I get a new password if I forget it?
At the top of the greeting/login section, you will find a link to "Forgot your password?". Click on it and then enter your email address, and a temporary password will be sent to your email account.
